450 Montague is a joint 489-unit apartment and condominium project along East Capitol Avenue and Montague Expressway. The project calls for two housing types in two separate, adjacent buildings that will be located near the coming Milpitas Bay Area Rapid Transit Station, expected to open by 2017.
450 Montague's first building will be a 351-unit five-story apartment complex located over a partially underground two-story parking garage. The building will include a central podium level open space with landscaping and a pool for the residents.
The second building will offer 138 stacked for-sale flats ranging from three to four stories with all units having garages at the ground floor. The waterproofing scope of this project is 21,600 square feet of walls and 120,000 square feet of underslab using the E. protect plus Below Grade.
