The 250-unit development's name comes from its street address, 580 Anton Blvd. It will replace the Lakes Pavilions, a retail and dining center. The high-end complex will feature luxury finishes and various onsite amenities. The waterproofing scope of this project is 20,000 square feet of walls and 80,000 square feet of underslab using the EPRO System III BS.
